        The apartment, on the mezzanine floor of a quiet condominium, offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday: living area with kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and TV. A laundry room with storage room. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, served by a complete modern bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the apartment offers a furnished veranda, for the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation or a meal. Air conditioning system with cold and hot air. Reserved car parking. At the entrance to the courtyard you will find external showers available.

         

        The location is a real strong point: in a few minutes on foot you can reach pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, beaches, pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Furthermore, for the little ones, there is a playground nearby, while the village market and local events make the experience even more authentic.

         

        At different times of the year it is possible to participate in the festivals organized in neighboring towns. Marina di Ragusa is an ideal starting point for exploring Sicily to combine a seaside holiday with the many places in the capital to visit, such as the baroque Ibleo and the places of Montalbano (Ibla-Scicli-Modica-Punta Secca.). The apartment was sparking clean and full of all the amenities you need for a short holiday. The terrace is amazing.         I highly recommend this apartment in a very good location, in a quiet enclosed area, with magnificent views of the garden! You don't need to use your car to go to the beach, it's a 5-minute walk away. Close to supermarkets, Marina center and youth entertainment. The apartment was great when we arrived! Comfy beds and lots of good basic cooking facilities. The big terrace is really cool! In short, an amazing stay for 3 people and a very friendly host and taquet! For example: the buggy broke from the beginning of the stay, within an hour we already had a new one :). We will come back for sure!
