'Casa Vacanza AMMARI' is a comfortable and welcoming 50sqm apartment, with an independent entrance. Ideal for a couple or a family with children.
Perfect for those who want to spend their holidays relaxing but only 70 meters from the sea and the Andrea Doria promenade where you will find shops, clubs, pubs and beaches.
The apartment is located on the first floor inside the "Case Iblee" residence and consists of a living area that overlooks a veranda furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and TV.
A double service with shower. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with shower. Centralized air conditioning system with cold and hot air. Allocated car parking. On the ground floor there is a reserved area for leaving bikes.
At about 100 meters from the apartment you will find: pizzerias, tobacconists, bars, clubs. And for children, in the area, there is also a playground and sports equipment.
At different times of the year it is possible to participate in the festivals organized in the neighboring villages. Marina di Ragusa is a strategic point to combine a beach holiday with the many places of the capital to visit, such as the Hyblaean Baroque and the places of Montalbano (Ibla-Scicli-Modica-Punta dry.). The house is located 20min by car from Comiso airport.

Amazing accommodation in Marina di Ragusa, very close to the beach and by nice walking distance to the city center. The apartment was sparking clean and full of all the amenities you need for a short holiday. The terrace is amazing. The owner is really nice and helpful, very responsive and eager to help us when needed. Definitely recommended.

I highly recommend this apartment in a very good location, in a quiet enclosed area, with magnificent views of the garden! You don't need to use your car to go to the beach, it's a 5-minute walk away. Close to supermarkets, Marina center and youth entertainment. The apartment was great when we arrived! Comfy beds and lots of good basic cooking facilities. The big terrace is really cool! In short, an amazing stay for 3 people and a very friendly host and taquet! For example: the buggy broke from the beginning of the stay, within an hour we already had a new one :). We will come back for sure!

Perfect house for our family consisting of two adults and two girls but also excellent for 5 people. The presence of two bathrooms adds value to this beautiful clean and bright house. Everything is studied in detail. The terrace made our dinners and evenings spent there at sunset unforgettable. Highly recommended!
