The Saro''s Homes is responsible for the management of the condominiums, in which the individual blocks will not be just customers but people with whom we can establish a relationship of trust and friendship. The study is associated with the A. N. AMM.The. (Association of National european Property managers), association registered in the List of the representative Associations at the national level, held at the Ministry of Justice, pursuant to D. Lgs. no. 206/07.
This registration allows the administrator to give a guarantee of training and of being constantly up to date on all the issues of the condominium (art. 71-bis disp. att. c.c. (g) to make use of professionals from the Association for advice.

Additionally, the fee, as established by the civil code and by the rules of the condominium, consists of the following tasks, with ordinary
- Legal representation of the Condominium;
- Seal of binding books of the Condominium, (Registry of the register of the condominium, the Register of minutes of shareholders ' meetings, the
The register of appointment and revocation of the administrator and of the Accounting ledger) pursuant to art. 1130 n. 7 c.c..;
- Care and compliance with the building regulations (so that it is ensured the best enjoyment to all buildings);
- Timely execution of the resolutions of the meeting;
- Opening/management banking/postal current account in the name of the condominium;
- Preparation and drafting of the annual report of next year's budget and the related allocation, as well as sending
a copy of the same to the condòmini;
- Care of the relations with the public administration relating to the ordinary and extraordinary management;
- Care of relations with suppliers;
- Request quotations-ordinary, search for suppliers, maintenance of relationships with the adjoining properties, entering into and/or update of the
any insurance policies.
- Periodic visits to the property, meetings with the directors of the condominium, telephone contact with the individual blocks;
- Management of any employees;
- Care of the execution of works of ordinary maintenance: the signing of the procurement contracts for various works and services ordinary.
