It's perfect for those who want to relax, avoid chaos but, in the same way, be close to the beach and enjoy the nightlife

        Villa Charme is an independend, modern and comfortable house of 120 mq consisting of two floors and including terraces, furnished sunroom and a hydromassage pool for a dream vacation.

         

        On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, dinnerware, two bathrooms (one of them with shower stall and the other one is provided with a washing machine), a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs.

         

        The living area overlooks the sunroom by sliding glass walls.

        In the sunroom there are some green spaces, a lemon tree, an outdoor kitchen to prepare dishes and enjoy them in the open air in total relaxation.

         

        The first floor is dedicated the sleeping area with three bedrooms (three double rooms or two double room + one twin room with two single beds) have an access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a shower stall.

         

        In front of the apartment there is a square with free park.

        Villa Charme is 700 meters from the sea and a park where is possible to work out in the open air; 2 km from the center of Marina, lidos, restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs; 30 km from Comiso airport; 45 km from Noto; about 25 km from Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Modica; 15 km from Scicli and Donnafugata Castle.

        Moreover, this apartment is just 14 minutes from Punta Secca, famous for Montalbano's house.

         

        Villa Charme offers many comfort, tv, air conditioning and radiators too.

         

        Electricity consumption is inclused in the rent price up to a maximum of 120 kwh, the additional consumption will be count 0,40 cent per kwh.

         

        Pay 200€ of deposit at check in.

        Our stay at Villa Wisteria was really good, even better than we expected. The location is good, with private street and parking in front of the house. The house is large, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with all the comforts, full kitchen and bbq outside. The rooms, although not particularly spacious (except for one very large double), both are not comfortable with closets external. The living room can easily become a extra bedroom, with independent entrance.

        The bathrooms are numerous and very convenient is the separate shower in the garden. A particular mention goes to the veranda, a large and very enjoyable in the morning and evening. The garden is lush and allows you to enjoy the best of the outside of the house. A guest honestly, the Savior, the prodigal of information, as well as Anna, the lady who gave us a hand for cleaning.

        It was a holiday really beautiful, and the house has contributed to the general well-being of adults and children.

        We stayed a week in 8 in this villa. We were greeted with so much kindness by the Lady Emma. Our expectations were high, based on photos and other requested information to the host, but I have to say that once you arrive on site, our high expectations were exceeded big time.

        The villa is equipped with all the possible comforts: air conditioning in every room, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. Outer space really is fantastic. We spent a week in total relaxation.

        If there will be the opportunity, we will return without any doubt.

        I and my partner spent a week here. We very much enjoyed the house and the pool, that have become an integral part of our daily routine, especially with a sun so beautiful. The pool is big enough to do some blow and keep you cool but to swim longer, I advise you to go to the beach. We went to the sea, probably in a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes to reach the main square. Ask the owner to show you a step to shorten. The area is ideal for families, restaurants, beaches and shops nearby. The water of the sea is beautiful, try to go also in the other beaches.

        Villa with independent entrance (with a wall shared with another house), located in a residential complex of over 30 houses, 5 minutes by car from the beach of Marina di Ragusa, where there are restaurants and supermarkets. New house, very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, nice swimming pool but very cold in October. Comfortable outdoor area for relaxation and lunches. Overall a good experience that we recommend, also for visiting Ragusa and Modica, half an hour from the house.
